Barbara Pool produce the new recipe to enjoy it, “Shochu Smoothie” at the opening ceremony of Renge Shokudo in Hakata, Fukuoka. Shochu, in moderation, can offer many health benefits if you know how to drink and enjoy it. It is sugar & purine-free and there is an enzyme in Shochu that prevents blood clots.
